Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap to guide the organization through change. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes, fostering innovation and operational excellence throughout the enterprise.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture strategies with business needs.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architecture decisions.
- Support the development and maintenance of architecture documentation and standards.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

- Main topic: Operation of Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Meraki LAN WLAN / Cisco ISE / Catalyst Center
- Analysis, testing and evaluation of new technologies
- Carrying out tests and certifications (test laboratory)
- Implementation and evaluation of error analyses
- Conducting and evaluating audits / reviews of standards
- Life-Cycle Management (Config, HW and SW)
- Creation and implementation of presentations / decision templates
- Collaboration in a responsible 7x24h operating environment with on-call duty

Good knowledge of the development of on-prem infrastructures in the field of LAN, sound knowledge of WLAN


Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network design principles, protocols, and security standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing scalable and resilient network solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex network environments and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and integration with on-premises infrastructure.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance to ensure reliability.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
