Role Overview

• Act as a trusted advisor to CTO, clients and business stakeholders
• Translate complex business problems into end-to-end technology solutions
• Lead solutioning, proposals, and RFP responses
• Ensure robust architecture across cloud, data, and applications
• Support teams in delivery, DevOps practices, and production stability
• Provide leadership during critical incidents, outages, and RCA

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Governance

• Define architecture principles, standards, best practices
• Ensure solution design compliance & governance
• Drive technology selection & modernization
• Manage technical debt & system alignment

Client Engagement, Solutioning & RFP

• Lead client discussions & discovery workshops
• Provide end-to-end solution architectures
• Own RFP/RFI responses, proposals & estimations
• Create architecture artifacts, PoCs & presentations
• Act as technical advisor to customers

Technology & Engineering Enablement

• Lead cloud, microservices & API architecture
• Define data & integration strategies
• Support Dev & DevOps teams (design, CI/CD, best practices)
• Drive automation, scalability & resilience
• Support production systems during outages
• Lead/guide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions

Skills & Leadership
