Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML and 2+ year in Agentic AI systems.
Proven experience in enterprise architecture, AI strategy, and digital transformation.
Strategic & Technical Skills
Very strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent system design and architecture
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
Experience designing AI governance models, ethical AI frameworks, and compliance strategies
Ability to define enterprise-wide AI vision, roadmap, and reference architectures
Familiarity with GenAI offerings from major enterprise platforms such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce Agent-force, Einstein GPT, ServiceNow Now Assist, SAP Joule, Workday AI, and Oracle AI Services, with working knowledge of how these integrate into enterprise workflows
Proficiency in cloud-native AI platforms including AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio / Foundry, and Google Vertex AI
Define and enforce standards for agent lifecycle, observability, and interoperability
Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud deployment models for AI workloads
Mentor solution architects and technical leads in AI/ML and agentic design principles
Awareness of AI marketplaces, agent registries, and autonomous orchestration platforms
Responsibilities
Own the enterprise AI architecture strategy, aligning with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
Evaluate and select AI platforms, tools, and protocols for scalability, security, and performance
Work with AI strategists and design the best-fit GenAI/Agentic AI architecture and solution for customer problems
Own endtoend architecture - from LLM selection to context engineering to microservices to UI and deployment
Build prototypes, storyboards, demos, accelerators and reusable agentic blueprints
Engineer & validate AI agents for reliability, reasoning, safety, and performance
Lead PoCs, pilots, and phase-0 MVPs across industries
Create thought leadership, reusable assets, and mentor teams
Oversee the design and deployment of agentic ecosystems across business domains.
Define KPIs and metrics for agent performance, business impact, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to drive AI adoption and innovation.
Ensure compliance with global AI regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical standards.
Represent the organization in external forums, consortiums, and industry events on AI strategy.
