Enterprise AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead AI-driven Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) transformation across engineering organizations. The role will drive adoption of GitHub Copilot, AI Coding Assistants, Agentic SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Developer Productivity, Engineering Excellence, and AI Governance frameworks while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement AI-enabled SDLC strategy, governance, and best practices.
• Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot, AI Code Review, AI Test Automation, and Generative AI tools.
• Establish standards for source control, branching strategies, PR governance, code quality, and release management.
• Lead DevSecOps, CI/CD, Secure SDLC, Automation, and Platform Engineering initiatives.
• Improve engineering performance using DORA Metrics, Developer Productivity KPIs, AI Adoption Metrics, MTTR, Lead Time, and Deployment Frequency.
• Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Product, and Delivery leaders to drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Software Engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in AI for Software Engineering, SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Engineering Excellence, and Software Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Experience with SonarQube, CodeQL, Checkmarx, Snyk, SAST, DAST, Secure Coding, and Security by Design.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Governance, AI-Assisted Development, and Developer Experience (DevEx).
