About this role
We are looking for a full-cycle AE who has worked inside the observability space. This role requires someone who has lived in this category rather than selling it as a line item.
Location:
Gurgaon/Delhi NCR or Remote.
Working hours:
10am - 7pm IST.
What you will do:
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from self-sourced pipeline to close.
- Build and manage relationships with DevOps leads, platform engineers, and CTOs.
- Own your number, including prospecting and not just closing handed leads.
- Comfort running demos/POCs independently is a plus.
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience at an observability/APM company such as New Relic, Datadog, Coralogix, Dynatrace, Elastic, or Last9.
- A track record of closing deals end-to-end, not just running the technical portion of someone else's deal.
- Comfort selling against well-funded incumbents on cost and data control.
- Ability to generate your own pipeline when needed, not solely dependent on SDR hand-offs.
