Enterprise Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new enterprise customers for IT services and consulting solutions.
• Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing products/services, resulting in increased revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure successful onboarding of new clients and effective communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of competition.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales with a focus on enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of success in acquiring high-value deals from large organizations.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry landscape, including emerging technologies such as cloud computing, cybersecurity etc.
