Enterprise Account Executive - BFSI

You will carry the enterprise motion into banks, NBFCs, lenders and insurers - the segment where Vaani has its deepest practice and its highest-value contracts. These are long cycles where trust, not features, is the product being sold.

You will work directly with the founders and the FDE pod. Pricing, pilot structuring and the walk-out clause are all live tools you get to use.

• Own the full cycle into BFSI accounts: sourcing, discovery, pilot structuring, procurement, and close
+
• Run discovery that finds the workflow leaking real money, then scope a paid pilot against agreed KPIs and a baseline
+
• Navigate security, compliance and vendor-risk review alongside our engineering team
+
• Re-paper existing deployments onto annual production contracts - capture before conquest

• Track record closing six- and seven-figure INR annual contracts into Indian BFSI
+
• You can hold a technical conversation without needing an SE for every call
+
• Comfortable selling something still being built, and honest with customers about what is and is not ready
+
• Bonus: existing relationships in collections, customer service or digital lending
