About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and submitting payer enrollment applications.
- Track enrollment requests and update internal systems and trackers.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up on pending enrollment requests with internal teams and payers.
- Maintain organized records of enrollment activities.
- Support client onboarding and implementation-related tasks.
- Provide status updates to team members and stakeholders as needed.
- Learn and follow payer enrollment processes and company procedures.
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks related to enrollments.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-service mindset.
- Experience with academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities demonstrating teamwork and responsibility.
