Enrollment Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented   Enrollment Manager   to lead student recruitment and admissions across Drama School Mumbai?s programmes and educational initiatives.
As the first point of contact for prospective students, you?ll play a key role in guiding applicants through their admissions journey while ensuring every interaction reflects DSM?s commitment to excellence.

What You?ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end admissions and enrollment process.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students through counselling and engagement.
• Manage the CRM, lead pipeline and admissions data.
• Coordinate auditions, scholarships and admissions events.
• Work closely with our Academic, Outreach, Marketing & Communications, and Operations teams.
• Analyse admissions data and continuously improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience.

We?re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 4?7 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, education or student recruitment.
• Is an excellent communicator with strong organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Is comfortable using CRM systems and data to drive decisions.
• Can manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Has a genuine interest in education, theatre or the creative arts.
