Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell credit cards and loan products.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Handle 200 to 300 calls per day and proactively understand customer needs.
• Communicate effectively in English and preferably additional regional languages.
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently.
• Accurately fill out customer application forms and perform KYC verification.
• Maintain a professional and neutral tone in all customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable.
• Excellent sales and persuasion abilities.
• Multilingual communication is a plus.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer queries professionally.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Initial Salary: 18,000 per month (15000 Fixed +1500 DBT +1500 Special Incentives )
• After 3 Months (Performance-Based): 19,500 per month (16500 Fixed +1500 DBT +1500 DBT + 3000 Special incentives) + performance based incentives
• After 9 Months (Performance-Based): 2.75 LPA + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Promotion + gratuity

Shift Timings:

• Initial: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)
• Post-Promotion: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (inclusive of breaks)

Working Days:

• Initial: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
• Post-Promotion: 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs
