JOB OVERVIEW:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for premier international BPO processes in Jaipur. You will interact with global customers to assist, troubleshoot, and deliver world-class service across Voice, Live Chat, and Email channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle international customer queries via Voice, Chat, or Email with high professionalism.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
• Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and quality parameters.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients in English.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent Spoken & Written English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills (30+ WPM preferred for Chat/Email).
• Comfort working in rotational shifts (5.5-day work week with rotational offs).
• Openness to work from office in Jaipur (Relocation assistance provided).
