English- and Hindi-speaking Cold Calling Partner

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident, professional, and highly motivated native Hindi-speaking female Business Development Executive to join our remote team.

Your role will be to contact Indian brokers based in Australia, introduce our partnership opportunity, build relationships, and convert qualified brokers into successful partners.

This position requires excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to engage professionally with business owners and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to Indian brokers located in Australia
• Introduce partnership opportunities and explain the benefits clearly
• Build strong relationships with potential business partners
• Follow up with interested prospects and manage conversations professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
• Achieve monthly partnership sign-up targets

Candidate Requirements

• Female Indian candidate preferred
• Must be a native Hindi speaker (mandatory)
• Ability to speak additional Indian languages is highly preferred (Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills are a must(spoken and written)
• Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development is an advantage
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently

Work From Home Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection
• Personal laptop/computer suitable for business calls and online systems
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Quiet and professional work environment suitable for client conversations

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Melbourne Time (Australia)

Salary & Commission

• Fixed monthly salary: INR 32,000
• Additional commission paid for every successful broker partnership sign-up
• Performance-based earning opportunity with no commission limit
