Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities aimed at delivering effective technical solutions. This role requires addressing complex engineering challenges by integrating scientific principles, socio-economic factors, and practical insights. The work spans multiple facets including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders is essential to ensure that engineering objectives align with broader business goals, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout project lifecycles.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of design processes and technical decisions to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on engineering tasks.

Proficiency in Aircraft Design.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex engineering problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience with structural analysis and stress evaluation techniques relevant to aerospace applications.
- Familiarity with configuration management and qualification standards within engineering projects.
- Ability to apply scientific and technical knowledge to practical engineering challenges.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aircraft Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
