- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Technical Publication.
- Strong knowledge of engineering documentation standards and best practices.
- Experience in managing technical content related to manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex engineering concepts clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical project coordination.
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce cohesive technical publications.
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Automotive Technical Publication.
- This position is based at our BDC4U - NON-STPI location.
