The day includes ensuring that projects are progressing according to schedule, maintaining quality standards, and managing costs effectively. Additionally, the role involves organizing resources and collaborating with multiple teams to successfully deliver engineering or construction projects, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from plans.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Technical Publication.
- Strong knowledge of engineering documentation standards and best practices.
- Experience in managing technical content related to manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical project coordination.
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce cohesive technical publications.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Technical Publication.
- This position is based at our BDC4U - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
