Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout project lifecycles.
Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Wiring Harnesses.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles related to wiring harness design and implementation.

Experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective, practical solutions.

Familiarity with engineering project management tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Wiring Harnesses.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
