Engineering Services BOM Management & PLM Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), and product structures in PLM systems.
• Administer BOM creation, modification, validation, release, and revision control processes.
• Manage Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR/ECO) and ensure accurate implementation of engineering changes.
• Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of BOM data between PLM, ERP, and other engineering systems.
• Maintain product configuration, part master data, document control, and engineering revision history.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of EBOM, MBOM, product structures, part master data, and engineering change processes.
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault Systmes ENOVIA.
• Knowledge of PLM integrations with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, CAD data, revision control, and configuration management.
• Experience in BOM reconciliation, data migration, validation, and governance.
• Knowledge of PLM workflows, access controls, lifecycle management, and engineering document management.
