Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking an Engineering Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent in the industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the roles. - Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews, ensuring a strong fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and suitability for engineering positions. - Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. - Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring teams. - Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding of new hires. Required Skills: - Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in engineering roles. - Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices. - Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. - Ability to coordinate multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
