About the Role

The Engineering Services recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top engineering talent across various sectors in the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• 2-3 years of experience in recruiting engineering talent across various specialties (smechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).
• Identify and attract engineering candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruiting for engineering positions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of engineering disciplines and industry trends.
