Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Full stack development with ownership of modules end-to-end using NodeJs, Web APIs, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, Angular and TypeScript/JavaScript. Hands-on expertise in developing solutions using Microsoft Azure Cloud platform and AI tools like cursor.

Developer responsibilities include designing, building, debugging, and integrating scalable applications and services.

Role & responsibilities :

• 7-12 years of experience in NodeJS and Angular/ReactJS full stack development.
• Design and implement Web APIs and service layers.
• Build robust UI components using Angular and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Design and optimize Entity Framework data models and queries.
• Implement and manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems using REST APIs.
• Design, deploy, and support solutions on Azure using App Service and Azure Functions.
• Implement asynchronous and event-based integrations using Azure Service Bus or Event Grid (as applicable).
• Perform advanced debugging and performance troubleshooting across UI, API, database, and cloud layers.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, refactoring, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and design decisions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Preferred Skills

• AI-assisted development tools active user
• Strong experience in NodeJS, Web APIs, Entity Framework, Angular, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong debugging and performance troubleshooting skills.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure application services and monitoring.
• Experience in Generative AI, RAG

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

BE / BTech / MCA or Equivalent.
