Engineering Manager

• Lead and manage software engineering teams across Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, and UI/UX development.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple software engineering projects within scope and timelines.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers to improve technical capabilities and overall team performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Review system architecture, design decisions, code quality, and engineering practices.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, testing, and quality processes.
• Participate in hiring, team development, performance management, and resource planning.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet business, performance, scalability, security, and quality requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree computer science or related field of study; or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of work experience in related field (Software Development Life Cycle across Full Stack, Frontend and Backend Development and UI UX engineering)
• 3-5 years leading projects, mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in software engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in related field (Software Development Life Cycle across Full Stack, Frontend and Backend Development and UI UX engineering)
• 5+ years leading projects, mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in software engineering.

Reports To: Senior Manager and above
Direct Reports: 6 - 10
