Drive high-performing technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while fostering a culture of innovation. Oversee team management, ensure high-quality technical output, and guide project roadmaps from concept to execution. Continuously optimize software development processes and workflows to align with business goals and uphold technical excellence.

i. Project Delivery & Execution

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Track milestones, manage risks, and remove delivery blockers
• Maintain predictable and transparent delivery pipelines

ii. Team Leadership & People Development

• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams
• ability to set roadmap and goals for a team and every one of its members, delegate intelligently,
• Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning, honest feedback
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative team culture
• Lead from the front when the situation calls for it.

• Ensure high standards in architecture, system design & code quality,

C. Qualification & Quality

i. Education

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Masters degree (MBA/MS) is a plus

ii. Experience

• 1012+ years in software engineering or technology roles
• 25+ years in team leadership or engineering management
• Proven experience delivering complex, scalable software systems

iii. Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and scalability
• Experience with modern tech stacks, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices
• Understanding of security, performance, and reliability
• Latest trend of Tech driven problem solving & process improvement (AI-driven inclusion)

iv. Leadership & Management

• Ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
• Experience in performance management and career development
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
