Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can lead engineering teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend application development.
• Good hands-on knowledge of Python and Python-based backend/API development.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-based applications.
• Good understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and Agile development practices.
• Ability to understand and review code across frontend and backend technologies.

Project Management Skills

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers and developers.
• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, Design, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Strong experience managing software development projects from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking.
• Strong skills in resource planning, estimation, risk management, and dependency management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
