About this role
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager Basic & Detailed Engineering to lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for WTP, STP, ETP, ZLD, RO/UF and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 15–25 member multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Oversee Basic & Detailed Engineering from project award to commissioning.
- Review PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, datasheets and specifications.
- Supervise Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil & Structural engineering.
- Ensure timely, accurate and execution-ready engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Production, Construction and Commissioning teams.
- Manage client/consultant technical comments and engineering approvals.
- Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, standardisation and reduction of rework.
- Mentor the team, monitor productivity and develop engineering capabilities.
