Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-performing product engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions for enterprise finance and automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms, along with a proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade products.

The role requires balancing technical leadership, people management, product execution, and architectural decision-making to support business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and mentor teams of 10-25 software engineers, technical leads, and senior developers.
• Drive engineering excellence through best practices, code quality, design reviews, and technical governance.
• Build a high-performance and innovation-driven engineering culture.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.

Product & Delivery Ownership

• Partner with Product Management, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to define product roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS products.
• Ensure predictable execution, release management, and delivery commitments.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource planning.

Technical Leadership

• Design and build highly scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Lead architecture discussions around microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Drive modernization initiatives, platform scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Guide implementation of secure and compliant enterprise applications.

Operational Excellence

• Establish engineering metrics and KPIs.
• Improve system availability, monitoring, observability, and incident response.
• Promote DevOps and CI/CD adoption.
• Ensure production reliability and operational efficiency.

Leadership Requirements

• Experience building enterprise SaaS products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
