Engineering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Java-based technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide consulting services on software architecture design and implementation.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in enterprise application development using Java-based technologies (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Strong understanding of software architecture design principles and patterns (e.g., Microservices Architecture).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record in client management through successful project execution.
