Engineering Manager / Senior Engineer - Wind Design

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design and engineering for utility-scale wind projects, including collection systems, substations and grid interconnection.
• Execute electrical studies including load flow, short circuit, cable sizing, grounding, protection coordination and reactive power analysis.
• Prepare single-line diagrams, electrical calculations, equipment specifications and engineering deliverables in accordance with utility and industry standards.
• Coordinate with turbine OEMs, substation engineers, transmission teams and project stakeholders to deliver integrated electrical designs.
• Interface with clients to understand technical requirements, present engineering solutions and support design reviews.
• Support utility-scale wind, hybrid renewable and BESS projects for utilities, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), renewable energy developers and EPC contractors across North America and Europe.
