Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead AI-driven, cloud-native application development using .NET/Java. The role involves leading engineering teams, driving Generative AI adoption, managing Agile delivery, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in .NET/Java development and engineering team leadership.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI-powered SDLC.
• Experience taking AI solutions from POC to production.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Experience with product operating models, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, DevOps, and software architecture.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Good to Have:

• Certifications in Scrum, ITIL, TOGAF, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and engineering performance metrics.
