Engineering & Maintenance (Assistant Manager) - Electrical

Role & responsibilities

• Manage electrical maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of API manufacturing and utility systems.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and electrical distribution networks.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, electrical safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and improve power reliability, energy efficiency, and utility performance across the plant.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of new electrical systems and projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Projects, QA, and EHS teams for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain electrical documentation, statutory records, AMC management, and audit readiness at all times.
