Engineering Lead

An AI-powered logistics and delivery management platform that helps businesses optimize, manage, and scale their last-mile delivery operations. Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems. Own technical architecture and make key engineering decisions across products and platforms. Build and optimize systems handling real-time workflows, high transaction volumes, and complex integrations. Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Drive engineering best practices around code quality, system reliability, security, testing, and observability. Mentor and guide engineers through technical challenges, code reviews, and architectural discussions. Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively improve system scalability and reliability. Take ownership of critical projects from architecture and development through deployment and production support. We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and scalability of our core technology platform. You will lead the development of high-performance systems powering complex, real-time operations while working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
