About this role
Role & responsibilities
1. Lead the application engineering and program management team in India engaged with our OEM customers.
2. Establish a simulation back office for Canning CFD in India to support global requirements.
3. Localization of validation work within India for future projects
4. Support the sales and technology team in the business development efforts.
5. Engage and build relationships with OEM engineering teams for ongoing and future programs.
6. Represent Dinex on forums related to emission legislation and contribute to the emission road map for India.
Preferred candidate profile
1. A strong understanding of automotive engineering with insight on the innovations happening in the industry especially in the Commercial Vehicle and off-road segments.
2. Excellent communication and team management skills and having the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
3. A dynamic professional with the desire to build a world class engineering function and lead organization to its next level of growth.
