Overall activities of Engineering department
Estimate preparation, Project related item procurement, execution, commissioning & budget compliance.
Dealing with Pollution control board, PDD Department, Boiler inspector, SIDCO services as per Requirement to maintain the legal documents and compliance as per the national law.
Implementation of energy conservation projects and systems to maintain cost
Effectiveness of plant.
Implementation of latest maintenance systems / documentation practices for overall Improved facility measures related to various domestic and international audits.
Lead the engineering department in various domestic and international audits with audit team.
Minimizing break down / down time of machines by monitoring.
Maintaining of Documents as per the requirement of GMP.
Monitoring and implementation of SOP.
Monitoring of HVAC Validation activities.
Monitoring of Compressed Air Validation activity.
Monitoring of Calibration activity.
