Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java-based technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain technical architecture for multiple projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 12-15 years of experience in Software Development with expertise in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of Technical Architecture principles and ability to apply them effectively.
• Experience working on interfaces between different systems or applications is essential.
