Engineering Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the engineering team to design, develop, and implement new products and processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of production lines and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to, OSDs (Oral Solid Dose), and other pharmaceutical products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for procurement of raw materials and components.

Job Requirements :

• 20-25 years of experience in engineering leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of injectable manufacturing processes, including formulation development and process optimization.
• Experience with OSD technology transfer from R&D scale-up to commercialization.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
