About this role
- Handling all electrical and mechanical related breakdowns in the manufacturing and packing areas.
- Ensure predictive maintenance of equipment for minimizing the breakdowns.
- Ensure Handling and closure of breakdowns in the SAP through breakdown notifications.
- To Ensure proper handling of logbooks in daily routine.
- Inspects and identifies equipments in need of repair.
- To monitor Budget and Inventory for procurement of the spare parts to minimize the Breakdown time.
- Ensure Installation and qualification of newly Installed Equipments.
- Coordination with the OEMs and external vendor for Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintaining the inventory records for equipments and supplies.
- Update the authorities with weekly and monthly breakdown reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of good engineering practices inside the plant premises.
- Ensure Safe Condition in the plant premises to avoid any accident.
