Engineering Executive (Utility)

Role & responsibilities

• Daily monitoring, control, operation and maintenance of Utility equipment i.e. Chiller, Air compressor, cooling towers, pumps, RO plant , PW generation plant etc
• Receiving Job cards & allotting work as per priority to technicians.
• Carrying out PM activities of Utility equipment as per annual planner.
• Issue of required materials from Engineering Stores.
• Co-ordination with other plants for all activities related to engineering / utilities.
• Preventive and breakdown Maintenance of plant machines.
• Must have knowledge about Utility equipment
• Initiate, execute and co-ordinate small project activities for plant and utility.
• To ensure that all the activities at the site are carried out as per GEP/SOP.
• To achieve total budgeted repairs / Maintenance cost / Utility cost.
• Planning scheduling & execution of maintenance activity of Utilities.
• Effort to control maintenance cost & energy conservation.
• Effort for reducing machine down time and un-interrupted Utility supply.

Desirable skills:

• Must have basic knowledge of Utility equipment maintenance,
• Should have knowledge of computers basic Knowledge of API maintenance software is preferable
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
