Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Assist in designing, coding, and implementing software components, features, or technical systems under the guidance of senior staff.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, identify bugs, and help implement effective fixes to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other engineers to understand project requirements and meet delivery timelines.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, system architectures, and code comments.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve engineering processes and product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
- Foundational understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL or NoSQL).
