- Mixing, Extrusion, Calendaring process.
- Mechanical Breakdown and Preventive/Predictive maintenance activities.
- Carry out improvements activities and equipment modifications.
- Develop maintenance plan- condition monitoring to find out health of equipment to avoid stoppage.
- Analysis of breakdown (Why-Why Analysis)
- Monitoring Energy Efficiency Parameters of Equipment and take corrective actions.
