Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage production activities in the CNC, VMC, and general machine shop areas.
• Prepare and execute daily production plans to meet output and quality targets.
• Conduct daily defect analysis and implement corrective actions for line quality issues.
• Monitor and review machine breakdowns and associated line losses; coordinate timely maintenance.
• Ensure daily move orders are generated and tracked efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE – Mechanical/Production).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in CNC and VMC operations.
• Hands-on experience in managing machine shop operations and tooling.
• Experience:
• 05 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities in a production environment.
