What youll do
- Manage and control the complete injection moulding process, including machine setting, mould setup, parameter optimization, start-up, and process stabilization.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, holding pressure, cooling time, screw speed, and cycle time to ensure consistent production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine, mould, material, and process-related issues to minimize rejection, downtime, and production losses.
- Analyze process deviations and implement effective root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work on process optimization and variability reduction to improve product quality, dimensional stability, and process consistency.
- Handle engineering polymers such as PC, PMMA, PBT, PA6, PA66, and PC+ABS, including material drying and processing parameter optimization.
- Monitor and maintain injection moulding auxiliary systems, including CFS systems, dehumidifiers, material handling systems, and temperature-control equipment.
- Develop, modify, and optimize robot programs for automated part handling and production operations.
- Support EOAT (End-of-Arm Tooling) design, development, modification, and troubleshooting according to component and automation requirements.
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives through cycle-time reduction, process optimization, manpower utilization, and reduction of machine downtime.
- Track and achieve production, quality, productivity, and rejection targets while maintaining process standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, scrap reduction, cycle-time improvement, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE) improvement.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process parameters, and process control documents.
- Ensure adherence to technical, safety, quality, and administrative controls within the production area.
- Conduct regular analysis of production data, rejection trends, downtime, cycle time, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Production, Stores, and other cross-functional teams for smooth production operations.
- Support new mould trials, material trials, process validation, and product development activities.
- Train and guide operators and technicians on machine operation, process parameters, troubleshooting, quality requirements, and safe working practices.
- Maintain proper documentation of process changes, breakdowns, trials, corrective actions, and improvement activities.
- Promote a positive working environment and maintain strong employee-management relationships through effective communication, teamwork, and coordination.
- Continuously contribute to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for
- Dynamic and performance-oriented Injection Moulding Professional with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in injection moulding process control, process optimization, troubleshooting, and production management. Strong understanding of moulding machines, moulds, process parameters, auxiliary equipment, automation, and engineering polymers.
- Experienced in processing PC, PMMA, PBT, PA6, PA66, and PC+ABS, with the ability to optimize processing conditions to achieve consistent quality, reduce process variation, minimize rejection, and improve cycle time and productivity.
- Proficient in robot programming, EOAT development, CFS systems, dehumidification, material handling, and process auxiliary systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a systematic approach to identifying root causes and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Proven ability to achieve production and productivity targets through process improvement, downtime reduction, cycle-time optimization, scrap reduction, and effective resource utilization. Experienced in maintaining technical and administrative controls, developing SOPs and process standards, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety requirements.
- A collaborative professional with strong team leadership, communication, coordination, and employee-management relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and drive continuous improvement.
