About this role
1. Design & Tool Development,
Develop tool/die designs based on customer part drawings and product
requirements, ensuring manufacturability, functionality and adherence to specifications.
2. Prototype / Sample Development
Coordinate prototype and sample development, trials and modifications to meet customer requirements before regular production.
3. Tool Trial & Validation
Coordinate tool trials, identify design/process issues, implement corrective actions and ensure successful validation of tools and samples.
4. Design / Process Change Management
Review and implement customer design changes and development
modifications, ensuring proper impact assessment, documentation and timely execution.
