• I am a dedicated and result-oriented professional with experience in Customer Support and Process Engineering , particularly in the automotive lighting industry. I have good knowledge of moulding, coating, and assembly processes , along with hands-on experience in process improvement, quality control, and problem solving.
• In Customer Support, I have experience in handling customer requirements and issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions. I am familiar with quality and problem-solving tools such as 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and other structured problem-solving techniques . I also have good communication skills and experience in preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations .
• As a Process Engineer, I have experience in managing moulding, coating, and assembly processes for automotive lighting products , including manpower handling and process monitoring. I focus on maintaining process stability, improving productivity, reducing defects, and ensuring quality requirements are consistently achieved.
• I am a quick learner, a good team player, and capable of working effectively with customers, production, quality, and cross-functional teams . My key strengths are problem solving, communication, process knowledge, team handling, and continuous improvement .
