- Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech/Electrical
- Experience required: 5 -7 Years
- No. of parts with improved life
- No. of maintenance activities standardized with SMP.
- Break Down % of moulding, coating Assembly MTBF MTTR
- No. of EWO raised Vs closed

What we are looking for
- Log Book data verification
- Deploy the rules and disciple in the maintenance area.
- Prepare and update the list of spares based on the priority , availability, lead time and criticality.
- Spare part life improvement.Updation of spare part list with addition of new machine.
- Lead the standardization of amintenance activities.
- Execute the action plan to achieve operation objectives for Maintenance dept.
- Breakdown handling in Assembly, Moulding Coating machine
- Execute the PM methodology on the shopfloor.
- Preservation of Manuals / records / reports
- Lead quality circles.
