- 1. Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Automobile / Production / Mechanical / CIPET / Diploma in Tool Maintenance
- 2. Problem solving technique
- 3. Quality circle methodology
- 4. Updation of EWO summary sheet

What we are looking for
- Do Root cause analysis of the Breakdown ( EWO )
- Follow Andon escalation procedure.
- Training and Guidance to Toolroom Engg. for trouble shooting.
- Preparing the spare list for the plant, updating the same with addition of new mould and liaising with purchase department for the maintaining safety stock of spares
- Failed part analysis process and spare part life improvement and cost reduction initiative.
- Breakdown and corrective action validation.
- Lead the E matrix projects.
- Sending the Moulds out for repairing / monitoring it / closure of RGP.
- Preservation of Manuals / records / reports
- Lead Quality circles projects
