What youll do
- 1. Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Robotics / Mechatronics / Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
- 2. Regularly coordinate with the top management regarding the improvement done in standards for assisting in relevant
- 3. Knowledge of PCP, PFC, PFMEA, Fixture Validation
- 4. Knowledge of Process validation 5s

What we are looking for
- Plan Update assembly layout , design new fixture Tooling for new product
- Participate in CFT PQCDSM
- Read understand product related drawings implement the same modification
- Line balancing design of jig and fixtures special tools.
- Lead the efforts across maintaining records of tool change, machine fixture and cycle time reduction.
- Actively involve to manpower reduction, machinery and material planning scheduling them to meet the delivery requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers for design , schedule and manufacturing, installion,commissioning handover to user departments.
- Gained expertise of working in TS 16949 Documentation
