What youll do
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Automobile / Production / Mechanical
- Experience required: 4- 7 Years
- Prepare update DOL Non DOL part list.
- Prepare specification manuals for new development parts.
- Improve MMM quality requirement awareness within supplier people.
- Maintain APQP activity track them for achieve development milestones.
- Track the quality issue action plan progress at supplier escalate to SQA manager, in case of critical risks
- Perform supplier process audit as per plan.
- PPAP - Process Audits/Run @Rates, Initial Samples Control Reports validation.

What we are looking for
- Define arrange measurement equipments for new development parts.
- Carry MSA study for new development parts. And esure all the measuring equipments are calibrated time to time.
- Guarantee the incoming inspections of serial production supplier part:
- Carry the incoming inspection as per spec. manual.
- Implement the PDI reporting with suppliers
- Quality clearance of parts in the Empro physical status updating on the batch.
- Communication to suppliers for any non conformities.
- Organize reviews with suppliers for solving the issues.
- Validate the action plans received from supplier.
- Insure the Qualification of New components in projects before SOP.
- Manage all activities linked to modifications (ECN) during Component Project development.
- Prepare monitor CAPA for serial production parts.
