What youll do
- Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical
- Experience required: 4 - 7 Years
- Spare part Management
- Skilled in trouble shooting Diagnosis of moulding machine,Sound knowledge in reading the electrical hydraulic circuits.Basic process knowledge of injection
- Skilled in trouble shooting Diagnosis of coating machine,Sound knowledge in reading the electrical pneumatic circuits.sound knowledge of vacuum technology.
- Skilled in trouble shooting Diagnosis of Assembly machine,Sound knowledge in reading the electrical pneumatic circuits.Should be able to understand PLC programmes Ladder diagram,Basic process knowledge of Vibration welding,Hot plate welding,ultrasonic welding two part dispensing machines.
- System knowledge TS 16949, ISO 14001 and other Customer specific

What we are looking for
- Log Book data verification
- Deply the rules and disciple in the maintenance area.
- Prepare and update the list of spares based on the priority , availability, lead time and criticality.
- Spare part life improvement.Updation of spare part list with addition of new machine.
- Lead the standardization of amintenance activities.
- Attend Moulding Assembly and coating machine breakdown
- Follow Andon escalation procedure.
- Do energy consevation projects.
- Do Improvement projects
