Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions for non-conformances found during inspection.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to supplier quality assurance processes, including vendor audits and inspection reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancements within the QMS.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry (automobile).
• Strong understanding of IATF, SQA, SQE, GD&T principles.
• Proficiency in CFT (Continuous Fiber Thermoplastics) manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with 7QC tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) software.
