Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs, AC/DC drives, motors, control panels, sensors and electrical circuits.
• Handle maintenance of conveyors, hoists, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults and minimize machine downtime.
• Monitor and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and equipment reliability.
• Perform electrical inspection, testing and fault finding.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/control systems and field sensors, where applicable.
• Ensure proper functioning of control panels, MCC panels and other electrical systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quick breakdown resolution.
• Follow all electrical safety procedures and workplace safety standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and machine breakdown troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of VFDs, drives, motors, sensors, control panels and conveyors.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and MTTR.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience in an automotive/manufacturing plant will be an added advantage.
