Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Handle paint shop shift operations and achieve production targets.

Manage manpower, operator training, and shop floor discipline.

Control spray painting process parameters (viscosity, pressure, film thickness, etc.).

Monitor paint booth parameters such as temperature, humidity, airflow, and filter condition.

Control pretreatment process parameters and rework activities.

Analyze paint defects, control rejection, and perform root cause troubleshooting.

Conduct quality tests such as DFT, adhesion, hardness, gloss, and curing verification.

Maintain process documentation, production reports, and quality records.

Implement cost-saving, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations.
